Introduction
Like the economy, and at least partially because of it, golf has enjoyed tremendous growth in recent years. More people than ever are taking up the game and are shelling out more money than ever before to play it.
Inocon Ghana together with other partners is building an estate situated on the Aburi Mountains in the eastern region of Ghana with a golf course for leisure. Golf Estates are managed estates with a golf course. |

Goals:
The goal of GREEN FIELDS Golf Estate is to build one of the finest golf course in Ghana with a luxurious gated estate comparable to the world class golf estates by 2013 offering exclusive services to selected clients with a super convention centre that will be an interface between leisure and business.
The estate will be built in two phases.
Phase one will consist of a medium sized modern well-equipped convention centre with seating capacity of 300 and the main attraction of the estate, a well cultured 9-hole golf course with a club house and leisure centre.
Phase two will consist of 200 houses with 80% built by the developers and the rest custom-built homes built to the specification of clients. |

Location:
The 110 acre estate will be located on the exquisite prime development area of the Aburi Mountains. This location presents a variety of greenery scenes that overlook the Eastern parts of Accra. |
