The Estate will be developed by GREEN FIELDS Golf Estates who are leading developers in the country and in Africa. All development will be built using the concept of green construction. The estate will be built in consonance with approved environmental screening plans. There will be adequate car parking for the homes, golf club and the convention centre.

Occupying the Estate:
This will be as easy and trouble-free as possible. A comprehensive project management service will be available to oversee each and every phase of the process. Management services:
Xpert Management Services Company will be contracted to manage the facilities of the Estate.
